 Objective: To outline the expectations for the upcoming year for the GO Group.

2. Volunteer teaching timetables for Peer Observation
3. Discuss additional ideas for the blog
4. Coaching (FDO) providing a structured programme based on NUT guidelines
5. Develop idea of offering sessions sharing good practice during GO Group Meetings e.g. Active learning CPD - using what went well in class and one person introduces their idea and delivers it. Then group evaluate and ways it could be used and adapted to other situations.
