JAWS - Developing Active Learners in Social Sciences

Below are the details of a JAWS event coming up. If you are interested in attending please discuss this with Mr Gordon/ Ms Jane. Remember, as this is a JAWS event you will be expected to contribute to discussions and lead a short session. 

Shenzhen College of International Education is proud to host its first JAWS - Developing Active Learners in Social Sciences on Friday 12th May - Saturday 13 May 2017.

The workshop topics include (but not limited to):-
  • stretching the most able students
  • strategies for effective group work
  • use of learning technologies in social sciences
  • engaging ways of teaching research methods
  • how to develop evaluation skills
