MUSIC JAWS

Please see below the details of a music JAWS being held at the Tanglin Trust School in april. If you are interested in attending, please remember that as this is a JAWS event you are expected to share good practice and present a short presentation on an aspect of your practice. Please arrange to discuss attending the event with Mr Gordon or Ms Jane before registering. 

Tanglin Trust School is proud to host the first Music JAWS specifically targetted at Music staff who teaches students from EYFS - KS4.  This JAWS will take place on Friday 28th April 2017 - 29th April 2017.

Possible themes for the JAWS includes:

• Using world percussion in Infant Music
• Composing programme music in Junior Music
• Using Kodaly in Infant/Junior Music
• The effective use of technology in KS3 Music
• Singing in KS3
• Teaching guides for the IGCSE set works
• Composing in KS4
• Other suggestions are welcome

Venue: Tanglin Trust School

Cost: S$50, cash payable on arrival
