The Mainstream Multilingual Community JAWS

Regents International School Pattaya is proud to host The Mainstream Multilingual Community JAWS on Friday 18th November - Saturday 19th November 2016.  This JAWS is run as a combined JAWS that was initially listed on the CPD Calendar (Parental Engagement JAWS, The Multilingual Classroom JAWS and From Research to Practice JAWS).

Potential workshops topics include:

• Co-teaching model
• Objective led planning
• An active approach to English
• The multi-lingual community - a whole school approach
• Reading and writing strategies for high engagement
• Learning support and EAL - a 21st Century collegiate model
• Using Makaton for inclusive learning
• Research to practice
• Using mother tongue as a tool for learning
• Curriculum mapping for inclusivitiy

Please note, the planned Mother Tongue JAWS has been cancelled and we recommend that you consider attending this JAWS.

Venue: Regents International School Pattaya

Cost: THB1,500 event only or THB3,000 including transfer from hotel to event and back again
