Agenda: To outline the process for voluntary peer observations and discuss the outcomes of the Philip Mann meeting.

Previous minutes reviewed no further action required.
Discussed the outcomes from the Philip Mann meeting - NGR to discuss potential marking policy with GES and BST at upcoming meeting.
Discussed possible questions and ideas for the upcoming student council meeting about T&L feedback.
Process for peer observations to remain voluntary and to be organised between interested teachers.
CPD Staff Survey piloted with suggestions for improvements made.
Contributions for the What Went Well Wall on the CPD Blog discussed.
Discussed BTN Saturday Sessions, what to expect and guidelines for hosting a session.
Discussed T&L weekly email and decided on timetable before Christmas holidays
ASH suggested an additional lunch time club to discuss a weekly theme for 20 minutes.
FDO sister visiting 10th December. She wants to see some teaching. Please contact FDO

NGR - put in an additional request noticeboard for staffroom by the printer
         - seek feedback on staff survey from GES and BST
         - organise diamond 9 task for student council meeting to rank T&L activities
         - organise questions and resources for student council meeting
