Sixth Form Life JAWS

Please find below the details of a sixth form JAWS taking place at Harrow International School Bangkok. As it is a JAWS event you will be expected to present and share good practice as well as attend the session. If you are interested in attending please see Mr Gordon. 

Harrow International School Bangkok is proud to host at Sixth Form Life - What makes and Effective Sixth Form JAWS on Friday 17th March 2017 - Saturday 18th March 2017.

Suggested workshops for the JAWS includes

• Sixth form structures and how best to facilitate student success
• Monitoring and tracking student academic performance
• Student leadership structures and opportunities in Sixth form
• Enrichment opportunities and the super curriculum for Sixth Form students
• Creating a supportive and caring pastoral support network for students through the tutorial programme and well being
• Support service - what outside providers do you use - experiences and recommendations
• Supporting students writing personal statements and personal essays for university applications
• Supporting students with Medics/Oxbridge/highly competitive university applications and managing parental expectations.
