A level Drama and Theatre Getting Ready to Teach (15GBAD02)

This 1 day event will support you in delivering the Pearson Edexcel A level Drama and Theatre specification, for first teaching from September 2016.

During the day you will:
- Consider the structure, content and assessment of this new qualification, and the support available to guide you through the changes
- Explore possible teaching and delivery strategies for the new qualification
- Explore strategies for co-teaching the two qualifications
- Discuss the portfolio requirement and explore strategies for ensuring students keep a record of the process and how this can be used to create the portfolio
- Explore exemplar student work to support your understanding of the new assessment grids
