Future Learn is the UK version of Coursera, providing free courses to anyone, anywhere in the world. There is the option to pay 26 pounds for a Certificate at the end of each course.

HP LIFE e-Leaarning is a free, online training program will help you gain real-life business and technology skills. The courses are interactive, self-paced, and full of practical exercises.

Khan Academy is an not-for-profit organisation with the goal of changing education for the better by providing a free world-class education for anyone anywhere.  The library of content covers mathematics, science topics such as biology, chemistry, and physics, and even reaches into the humanities with finance and history.
