Agenda: To outline the purpose of the Teaching and Learning Group

Meetings to be held on Mondays during Curriculum Meetings.

Group name decided:  GO Group (Good to Outstanding)

What Went Well Wall to be set up on CPD Blog for everyone to share good practice.  Email descriptions and resources to NGR to include on the CPD Blog.

Weekly Emails to be included on CPD Blog.

Discussed Voluntary observations – post participating teachers timetables.

Staff CPD survey items agreed upon.

Discussed T&L ideas - Tweak of the week (Same idea and check the results), Magenta Mix, Questioning.

Actions Agreed

NGR - request noticeboard for staffroom by the printer

         - arrange suitable date and time for ESL T&L session with BST, PHU and CWE

         - create and distribute staff CPD survey through Google Forms

FDO - Next T&L Weekly Email - week beginning 27^th October

ALL  - Email timetable to NGR to post on CPD Blog
